To transform “Paraplegic Center” into a state of the art, 100 Beds, spinal cord injuries management "Center of Excellence" and eventually turn it into a teaching and training facility for Physical Rehabilitation Professionals like Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists and Rehab Nurses etc.
